Loitering

The sign on the wall said "No Skateboarding or Loitering."

This was put on the wall of the Department of Employment in Denver right on the way I walk to work. Think about that...the Department of Employment.

The sign really makes me laugh...so skateboarding and loitering are one in the same? If you're skating, you're also loitering, or vice versa? Dude! lets go do some loitering at the Denver skatepark today! Sweet!
